The Vicus Martis Tudertium Project is an archaeological excavation on the great ancient Roman road of the Via Flaminia. Led by Prof. John Muccigrosso of the Drew University Classics Department, the dig is open as a field school to students, but others can also participate through our Visitors Program. The site is located in beautiful Umbria, about 1 ½ hours from Rome. To find out more, explore this site through our menu.
