Drew Student's Guide to Installing Mathematica 6.0.

These instructions apply if you will be logged in to the Drew campus network during the installation. 

1. Click on the Windows Start button in the lower left of your screen, then choose Run... from the menu.  You should see this:
2. In the white box, type the following (or copy and paste it from this document):

O:\math\InstallMathematica\Mathematica 6.0\Windows\setup.exe

3. Click the OK button.  InstallShield will begin the Mathematica installation.  Proceed through the installation without changing any options.  Once you finish the installation, you will see a screen like the one shown below.  Select Network Licence and enter mathmameter.drew.edu into the white box.  It is very important to check that you type this in exactly as shown!!

4. Click on the OK button.

You are now ready to use Mathematica!  The program will now be available from the Windows Start menu under Programs.
