Progress since the last update:

     The entry level floor framing and concrete floor for the Arts Department has been completed.
     The framing for the entry level columns for the Arts Department has been started.
     The steel supports for the entry level concrete for the Theater Department Black Box area have been removed.
     The installation of concrete masonry units and metal door frames on the lower level Black Box area for the mechanical
     rooms, elevator, storage areas, stairs, etc. has started.
     The entry level columns for the Black Box area have been poured.
     The framing for the technical balcony of the Black Box area has been started.
     The underground electrical conduit and plumbing in the Theater Department area has been installed.
     The concrete slab on grade for the Theater Department area has been poured.
     The framing for the concrete columns for the Theater Department area has started.
     The installation of additional stormwater management concrete piping.
     Testing of the water mains to the building and fire hydrants adjacent to the site.

During the next couple of weeks you should see:

     The pouring of the entry level columns and beams for the Arts Department area.
     The removal of steel supports from under the Arts Department area.
     The installation of masonry walls on the lower level of the Arts Department area.
     The pouring of concrete for the technical balcony of the Black Box area.
     The installation of framing for concrete columns and beams for the next level of the Black Box area.
     The installation of framing for concrete columns and beams for the Theater Department area.
     The installation of concrete masonry units and brick in the Theater Department area.
     The continued installation of electrical conduit and plumbing within the building.
     The installation of sheetmetal ductwork within the building.
