OK, this is my personal homepage. Let's start off with some personal info. As I said, I was born in the Netherlands, in Velp to be exact, moved to Wijchen when I was 6, went to high school in Nijmegen, and after a year of business school in Arnhem, finally ended up at the Catholic University Nijmegen.
After my first year in English, called the Propedeuse, I started on the American Studies program, which is an interdisciplinary program. So in other words, I did a lot of courses from other study programs, which were specifically centered on the United States, like history, literature, art, mass media, etc. (for more info on my education, read my resume)
Finally, in March of 1995, I graduated after having written a Master's Thesis on the horror author, H.P.Lovecraft, making connections between the uses of science and religion in his work. Someday I may even put my thesis on this website.

Allrighty, enough about my personal life, now let's have a look at things that I like. As it says in the header, I'm a mutant fan, meaning, I get into the mutant universe created by Marvel comics, in particular, the X-Men. No, I don't just watch the animated series, I actually collect the comics. So, here are some links where you can find info on this interest of mine:
