1. Members of the Russell Society receive two different publications with their membership: the Society's own Bertrand Russell Society Quarterly, and McMaster University's biannual Russell: The Journal of Bertrand Russell Studies.
The Society's Quarterly is edited by Rosalind Carey and John Ongley. Those interested in submitting articles to it should contact Rosalind at rosalind dot carey at lehman dot cuny dot edu. The Russell journal is published by the Bertrand Russell Research Centre at McMaster University. To submit articles, contact the journal's editor, Kenneth Blackwell, at blackwk at mcmaster dot ca. 2. The Society Library sells books by and about Russell and back issues of the BRS Quarterly to the public and lends books, papers and videos by and about Russell to Russell Society members. In the Library's online members area one can listen to audio files and view video files of Russell's radio and televison interviews and debates. Links to online books and articles by Russell as well as online articles about Russell along with other online Russell resources are maintained by the Society. 4. The Society also maintains a member's only archive of past Society Newsletters and Quarterlies. Members may obtain a password from Dennis Darland (dennis dot darland at yahoo dot com). 5. The Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation in England publishes The Spokesman, which contains articles on peace and nuclear disarmament, human rights and civil liberties, and contemporary politics. /div> |
